We produce and sell carbon steel ball, stainless steel ball and copper ball. Our products mainly include special products such as , alloy steel ball, cast iron ball, carbon steel ball, wear-resistant steel ball, chrome steel ball, bearing ball，plated ball and copper ball. The equipments from cold heading process to the lapping process are all the best advanced devices for small steel ball. We also purchase the testing instrument to lay a foundation for high quality product. The process flow is improved great from former 7 working procedures up to 17 working procedures. The vitrified abrasive used in rough grinding process is replaced by wheel plate. The steel balls are segmented to prevent producing defective ball. ISO is introduced to our plant from the beginning to make operators, QC, sales, managers know and obey the system. In order to become world-class products, the production, testing and management are carried out according to program files and all the workers are trained termly.
