ABS Brake Main Body Assembling Station

Process including: end cover assembling (press down) and testing, on-line data acquisition and data base creating, bar coding, rejected parts repairing desk etc. Discrete control for each process is adopted to prevent interference, easy for trouble shooting and maintenance. As the line continous improvement project,this station cope with the line rhythm and delivered a good cost saving result.
