Brief Introduction
Our electric semiconductor modules mainly refer to thyristor modules and rectifier tube modules.According to the criterion that wheather the module motherboards are electrodes(i.e. wheather they are electriferous),the modules can be divided into two categories: insulating modules and non-insulating modules (mainly used in welding power). Accoding to the criterion of the inner chips quantity of the modules,the modules can be divided into single (chip) modules,double (chips) modules,triple (chips) modules, quadplex or sextuple (chips) modules (mainly single-phase or three-phase rectification bridge modules). According to the inner chips type of the modules,the modules can be divided into thyristor modules,rectifier modules and rectifier module / thyristor module mixed modules.Thyristors and rectifier tubes can constitute different connection forms inside the modules, so the types of the module products are various and the specifications are more.
