Study of 30CrMnSiA, 30CrMnSiNi2A steel ultra-high temperature quenching and mechanical properties of the relationship. The experimental results show that: in the above Ac_3 steel ultra-high temperature ~ 200 ℃ quenching uniform access to organizations small increase in residual austenite lath martensite. Control of ultra-high temperature heating holding time quenching, austenite is to ensure access of small austenite grain can significantly improve the strength and toughness of the steel. This is the strength and toughness of the steel research, improvements in heat treatment process has an important reference value.
