Expanded PTFE Sealing material
This product is made from UHMW PTFE resin and is a kind of bilateral stretch -expanded sheet. It has not only the features and benefits of PTFE gasket but also overcomes the weak point of cold-flow (creep) behavior. It is a high class sealing material in the condition of low stress and is widely applied in the fields of aviation, aerospace, chemical engineering, metallurgy and pharmaceutics industry.
In comparison with the traditional sealing material, it has the following features and benefits:
Lower density ( about 1/4～1/3 of normal PTFE sheet );
Working temperature:-240℃～260℃;
High sealing reliability;
Irregular surface sealing;
Excellent aging-resistance and unlimited storage life;
To be quickly stamped in place, easily mounting on and reducing material scrap;
