“Heat-Memory” PTFE sheet
This is a special type of molded PTFE sheet with heat-memory effect. It has a special feature of recovering a forced deformation of PTFE sheet into original dimension when being heated. It is suitable to be a structure part that is to be expanded by external force and be recovered by heat, and is used as gasket, seal ring etc. in a various kind of corrosive medium. It conforms to the enterprise standard of Q/GHAD 86—2008
In comparison with normal PTFE sheet: It has the following features and benefits.
1. Less deformation under high pressure ( 5% －10％ of normal PTFE sheet )
2. Low crystallinity, having a characteristic of elastic deformation and heat shrinkage；
3. To be Easy stamped into various size of sealing ring;
4. Excellent aging resistance and no storage limit
