FEC Heliports wire markers help eliminate mid-air collisions with unmarked power line obstructions in heliport approach paths. The markers have been approved by major power companies for minimal oscillation, chafing, electrolysis, and corona effect to 300,000 volts.
Power companies will generally attach the FEC wire markers free of charge. They install easily on wire sized from 1/4 inch to 1 inch. All necessary hardware and detailed instructions are furnished with each unit.
