l  The system can run either a glycol mix system (hydronics) or an electric heat coil system under the surface of the deck to keep the deck clear from ice and snow during adverse conditions.

l  The entire system is controlled automatically by the use of snow sensors which monitor both temperature and precipitation. When the conditions are right for snow or ice formation, the system is automatically activated; otherwise the system is idle.

l  The snow melting systems can be installed during initial construction or at anytime in the future, which is not available with concrete pads.
