Q: How many types of apartments are for short-term rent?
A: We have two kinds of guest rooms, one of which are residential houses and the other self-run hotel apartments. Old as residential houses, they are fully furnished with electricity and furniture and you can help yourself with your daily life during the lease term. Convenience and economy can be such houses’ most distinguished features. As to self-run hotel apartments, they are managed with a high technology management system and the security system is complete. Butler service is provided by specially-assigned person.
Q: How do online photos match the real scene?
A: They are credible. Pictures of the houses online for rent are taken from the real houses.
Q: How about the sanitary condition?
A: Before putting a guest into a room, we will have everything in bed changed and cleaned and all furniture scrubbed. For kitchens and bathrooms, specific person will be assigned to do the disinfection work. If the lease is long enough, the bedding stuff can be changed for free in every ten days or half a month according to your request.
Q: When to book a room?
A: Please contact us for reservation as soon as you work out your arrangements (Check-in date and check-out date). We will do our best to arrange you into a room when you make a temporary decision.
Q: Must the down payment be paid ahead? Can it be paid after arrival?
A: Down payment is a form of contract of guaranty and functions to implement the contract. It should be paid in advance and when you check in, it serves as part of the room charge. We will keep a record of the unpaid down payment reservation in order to avoid occasions when some customers cancel the reservation and makes it difficult for others who are really in need of a room. But sure thing is, we cannot guarantee that your reservation will always be there. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Q: How about the down payment? How to pay it? Is it refundable?
A: We will charge 20% of the rent as down payment. You cannot have it back if you fail to check in because of personal reasons.
Q: How to deal with the check in procedures? Is deposit needed?
A: Check in can be very easy and convenient here. Show certificates that can identify your identity, such as the resident identification card, passport and driving license, pay the deposit of 300 to 1,000 yuan according to rooms conditions and that’s it.
Q: What should I bring with myself during the check-in period?
A: Disposable supplies, like body wash and shampoo, are served for self-run apartments and we guarantee that they are credible in quality and brand. Slippers are also provided. All you need to bring are towels, toothbrush and toothpaste.
Q: Is it true that I can cook as if at home?
A: Yes! The kitchen is furnished with smoke absorber, gas stove (induction cooker), refrigerator, pan, electric rice cooker and other tableware. Even wash detergent, chopping boards, kitchen knives, rags and baskets for washing vegetables are prepared. You can buy cooking materials in the near food market and cook for yourself.
Q: Can I extend the lease and stay over?
A: Please contact the service staff of this website two days before the original check-out date. You can stay over after getting permission from the administrator.
Q: Can I check out in advance?
A: Please inform us three days before if you check out earlier. It will work when permitted. However, uninformed or unpermitted earlier check-out brings no cut in room charge by principle.

1. Please inform us the arriving time before checking in so that we can recommend you the best route of getting to the hotel.
2. Please bring with yourself valid certificates. We need to register your certificates in cooperation with the police. Customers with no certificates, those refuse to provide real ID cards or pay deposits are unwelcomed.
3. Down payment and deposits should be prepared before checking in. We will take out the down payment from room charge if the customer has paid it in advance. Deposits for prevention of damaging indoor facilities vary from 200 to 500 yuan. We will tell you about the specific price before you pay the down payment.
4. Please use the electrical equipments correctly for your security since there are plenty of them in the apartment. Results are taken by yourself should danger occur.
5. Customers who are addicted to drugs, alcohol, gambling, those who are sloppily dressed or bringing with things which are toxic, explosive and flammable and those who break laws and regulations are not welcomed.
6. Kitchen equipments are provided and if you have some other requirements, we will do our best to help out.
7. Please keep indoor facilities complete. Compensation is based on the original price if there is any damage.
8. Lease-extension should be informed 12 hours ahead and will take effect after permission. Lease-shortening should also be informed 48 hours in advance and become effective after permission. Uninformed earlier check-out brings no cut in room charge by principle.
9. You are supposed to tidy the temporary home during rent period in the self-help short-term lease service. Bedding stuff can be changed for free for long-term customers.
10. Check out time: 12:00 at noon; It’s regarded as half-day from 12:00am through to 18:00 and as a full day after 18:00. We will check the materials and relevant facilities, taking out some fees and give back the deposits.
11. Down payment won’t be returned if you fail to check in after reservation on this website because of personal reasons.
