Description
Structural Silicon Sealant is a two-part, neutral cure premium performance silicone structural sealant with good features as follows:
Conforms to GB-16776
Excellent adhesion to most curtain-wall materials such as coated ceramic, reflective glass, anodized oxidation or coated aluminum and stainless and etc.
High mechanical performances with joint movement capability of ±25%.
Neutral cured, no corrosion, non poisonous
Structural strength with excellent temperature durable performance at 50℃~+150℃
Excellent weatherproof and UV, high temperature and humidity stability.
No limitation for batch time
Structural applications require prior testing and written print review by Shanghai Zhongjin.

Application
Structural Silicon Sealant has excellent unprimed adhesion to most coated or not coated glass and metal spacers. Its compatible to neutral serial products or most building materials. The thing should be careful is to prepare samples to do adhesion and compatibility tests before application.
Storaging and Usable Life
Structural Silicon Sealant is stored on airtight container under 30 oC and 12 months of shelf life.
