Install and Use
All parts have be tried running with 1.5 times pressure, the customer can not disassembly the quartz glass tube, and the install of flange should be done as ruled.
Handle and open it carefully during the transportation, avoid any damage, especially the quartz tube.
Turn on the upper and lower port valve slowly after the liquid level is installed, to make the liquid flow into the tube.
The double color indication may not clear when there is pressure or liquid flow into the container, for the liquid may not clean enough or the pressure is not stable. It will be okay when the pressure is stable.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting Solution
It should be clean per period to make sure the indication is clear. The upper and lower connection valve should be open a little when clean it, and then wash it after turn on the waste drain valve. If there is no liquid, it indicated the liquid level, check whether there is block on the upper connection valve. Check whether there is leakage if the meter indicated no liquid.
