The structure is similar with the glass panel liquid meter while it has frost against fin that can remove the influence by frost. We can see the change of the liquid clearly by seeing the fin change. It is widely used in chemical, petrol and other industries. The product implements HG/T21550-93 standard.

4.4 Installment and Use

The level meter should be vertically installed on the worksite, which is convenient for the operator to operate.
4.4.2
To make sure there is no clearance between the auto interlock of stop value and the back seat, turn on the valve handle when start it.
4.4.3
Usually, the frost-against fin will not freeze, if freeze, please wipe it carefully.

Do not wrench it with your hand or other substance to impact the frost-against fin

The meter should be check per period to keep the indicating clear.

The fixing parts of the meter may loose during the transportation or assembly, it needs to tighten it with uniform force.
