Please see drawing 11 for the structure and drawing 12 for the install structure, the meter can be divided into UQZ-1 and UQZ-2 base on its structure and application.
UQZ-1 and UQZ-2 is used to indicate the level in various open or pressure container. Compared with the glass tube liquid level used often in the equipment, it is hard to crash and the indicating is much clearer, it is specially applied to directly indicate the medium with viscous or toxic characteristics.
The meter is mechanic structure, so it is quite safe even if it is used under flammable or explosion site.
UQZ-1 top installed meter can be used to indicate the liquid level of grounding poor or oil warehouse.
UQZ-2 has strong vibration-resistance that can be used to move the device.

2. Install and Use
2.1 It should be installed on a place that the moving of the float ball is not limited
2.2 The measured medium should have no iron impurity.
2.3 The indicating of the UQZ-1 is similar as the clock, the scale of the long hand is cm, the hand and the scale is black, the short hand scale is m, the hand and the scale is red.
2.4 The UQZ-2 meter is usually installed on the place of half measuring range, there will be a flange A when we ex-factory the products, the customer should prepare pipe flange B, or it can use concave flange with same sealant surface.
