It is a special liquid level meter. It is featured with the measured medium is composite, such as the mixing medium of oil and water, it is required the level meter can track to indicate the interface of the light and heavy medium inside the container, or indicate the level of light and heavy medium respectively. The meter is widely used in petrol, chemistry and other industries.
The meter we produced is based on the HG/T21584-95UZF series magnetic liquid level structure, and the customer actual requirement. It adopts float ball that including two structures, one double frame type can track to indicate the level of light and heavy medium automatically, the other single structure can track to indicate the interface of light and heavy medium automatically, you can see the drawing 13 for the structure, the install and maintenance is same as the UZF magnetic liquid level meter, the medium density is marked by A/B, A means the light while B means heavy medium, the density difference between A and B should be more than 0.1g/cm3, the product mark is as below. |
